"The Thomas L. Evans Papers consist of original letters written by Evans, a photocopy of the typescript version of the letters prepared by Evans and his son, and a photocopy of the diary maintained by Evans during his service in the 96th Ohio Volunteer Infantry from 1862 through 1865. These comprise Accession No. SPC 972-0007 at the Archives & Special Collections, in the John F. Kennedy Library at Eastern Washington University.
