Dwain Esper directs this early psychotronic exploitation horror. Horace B. Carpenter stars as mad scientist Dr Mierschultz, who employs ex-vaudeville artist Don Maxwell (William Woods) to assist him in his sick and twisted 'experiments'. His aim? To create a serum that can bring pretty young corpses back to life. But things get out of hand when Maxwell - who is also criminally insane - kills the Doctor and takes on his identity. Notable scenes include a cat's eye being popped out and eaten and two semi-naked women attacking each other with syringes in a drug-induced frenzy.
