International context of ‘adoption’’, also known as IS‘‘ adoption’’, is a subject of private international law that involves four parties: (i) the kid who is the subject of IS‘‘adoption’’, (ii) the person who took the kid in ‘‘adoption’’, (iii) both of whom are from a different country, (iv) the giving state who provides their kids for ‘‘adoption’’, and the receiving state. In such set of circumstances, a person makes final decision to adopt a kid. In this IS ‘adoption’’ procedure, the interests of the kid take precedence above all other considerations.
