Conosceremo i progressi nella sua protezione legale e posizioni filosofiche che hanno fondato la protezione del patrimonio culturale immateriale dei popoli indigeni, evidenzia anche il valore e la ricchezza della diversità culturale e delle conoscenze tradizionali dei popoli indigeni del Messico e l'importanza della sua protezione efficace per la salvaguardia della loro identità e della loro sopravvivenza come popoli.
