It is only natural during the years a teen is exerting rights and seeking independence, that they'd want to try what we inundate them with in messaging as a good time. This fact of life is what leads us to the controversial, contentious, and never-ending debate on teen rights and alcohol. This collection of essays analyzes many issues related to alcohol, including the national minimum drinking age, the liability of adult hosts of social gatherings where minors are served alcohol, the prospect of a graduated alcohol licensing system that would loosen restrictions for people aged 18 to 20, and the growing trend of mandatory alcohol testing at high school dances.

Towards a Uniform International Arbitration Law?
The growing acceptance of the concept of transnational rules, be they substantive or procedural, has directly contributed to a substantial decrease of the influence of local norms. Transnational principles often override domestic law, and the arbitral process sometimes takes precedence over court decisions. Moreover, the exceptional development of investment arbitration has called into question traditional values of commercial arbitration such as confidentiality and the privity of arbitral proceedings. Widespread publication of awards rendered has also rejuvenated the debate on the value of arbitral awards as precedents. This book critically explores the extent to which these phenomena contribute to the creation of a truly uniform international arbitration law.
Heard Island
This highly illustrated volume is a compendium of evidence and examples of change on Heard Island, a World Heritage Site near Antarctica and one of the most remote places on earth. Drawing on records from the past two centuries, as well as his own expeditions to the island in 1997 and 2016, the author provides visual evidence for the changes wrought by climate change, erosion, and environmental policy. Various phenomena not previously observed on Heard Island are documented, such as fluid dynamic instabilities and the destruction of the seawalls of a major lagoon. Based on the past, the author makes predictions about Heard Island for specific years in the future: 2031 (decade), 2051 (tricade), 2121 (century), 3021 (millennium), and 1,002,021 (millionium).
