Niets liever dan een baby
Dramatische dates, een kinderwens & oude bekende. Hanne wil niets liever dan een baby. Er is alleen één probleem, ze is al jaren single. Na een paar dramatische dates besluit ze dat ze geen man nodig heeft en kiest ze voor bewust alleenstaand moederschap. Natuurlijk met een beetje steun van haar liefste vriendinnen Bo en Pippa. Dan verschijnt een oude bekende in haar leven. Alex is terug van zijn wereldreis en op zoek naar een vaste basis. De puzzelstukjes van veertien jaar geleden lijken nu wel in elkaar te vallen. Maar hoe vertelt Hanne hem over haar dringende kinderwens?
Stiekem verliefd
Juul is nog steeds verliefd op haar ex Na een heftige break-up probeert de chaotische Juul er met hulp van haar vrienden weer bovenop te komen. Het doorgaan met je leven blijkt echter een stuk moeilijker te zijn als je nog steeds verliefd bent op je ex. Ook het rouwen om de stukgelopen relatie is niet eenvoudig als je beste vriendin een hekel aan hem heeft. Maar als Juul de leuke barman Colin leert kennen, die haar tijdens haar blinddates in de gaten houdt, lijkt het herstel van een gebroken hart opeens een stuk minder ingewikkeld. Net als Juul denkt verder te kunnen met haar leven, duikt haar ex Rogier weer op en staat ze voor een dilemma. Kiest ze voor het oude en vertrouwde leven met haar ex of luistert ze naar haar vrienden en kiest ze voor zichzelf?
De boekenwurm
Het leven lacht Liz weer toe als ze gaat werken in een boekwinkel Het zit de 26-jarige Lauren niet bepaald mee. Haar vriend gaat vreemd met zijn secretaresse en daardoor heeft ze geen huis en geen baan meer. Vlak voor het begin van de zomervakantie neemt Lauren haar intrek in het huis van haar nichtje, dat zes maanden gaat backpacken. In het nabijgelegen stadje ontdekt Lauren een bijzondere boekwinkel. Ze maakt er kennis met eigenaresse Liz, die haar een baan aanbiedt. Lauren is dol op boeken en is blij met de kans die ze krijgt. Tenminste, dat zou ze zijn als Frederick, de neef van Liz, zich niet overal mee bemoeide. Deze veel te knappe, maar verschrikkelijk humeurige man, doet Lauren meer dan ze zou willen.

This book offers an up-to-date overview of the coal deposits of South Limburg (Netherlands), the Aachen area (Germany), and the Campine area (Belgium). Although the amount of available literature on these coal deposits is quite vast, the majority of the texts date back to the mid-twentieth century, and most publications focus more on the stratigraphy of the coal layers and the rank of the coal. Moreover, the concept of continental drift is largely ignored in these publications. In addition to providing updated information, this book also discusses coal mining in these regions; the formation and petrography of coal; and the geological evolution of Western Europe/the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. In order to explain the tropical nature of the flora in the Carboniferous period, paleogeographic aspects are also taken into account.
