Knowledge Creation in Public Administrations
This book presents a new paradigm of innovative governments in Asia, at the municipal, regional and national levels, based on the knowledge creation theory in management, and leading to organizational transformation and policy reform in public administration. Focusing on Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan, the book is based on the findings of a joint research project established to identify the factors that impact the effectiveness or performance of public administration by applying the knowledge-based management theory that originates in private sectors to public sector management.

Buku ‘Perilaku Organisasi: Beberapa Model dan Submodel’ ditulis berdasarkan hasil survei dengan analisa statistik regresi ganda. Penulis mengambil dan mengkaji hanya delapan perilaku yang merupakan masalah besar di Indonesia dewasa ini. Tulisan ini tidak bermaksud mengabaikan perilaku organisasi lain sebagai fokus dan pokok pembahasan. Buku ini mengemukakan hal-hal positif dan negatif dari variabel-variabel perilaku organisasi dengan dampak di antara perilaku sumber daya manusia (SDM). Penulis menemukan 3 atau 4 submodel dari setiap model perilaku: submodel saling berdampak positif, berdampak positif searah, submodel saling berdampak negatif, dan berdampak negatif searah.
