RPJMD (Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah) Kabupaten/Kota, merupakan dokumen resmi perencanaan pembangunan pemerintah daerah yang digunakan untuk melaksanakan pembangunan selama 5 tahun. Kompleksitas persoalan dalam penyelenggaraan RJMD Kabupaten/Kota menjadi tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh pemerintah daerah.
