This collection of manuscripts includes over one hundred letters addressed to Adams in the period 1885 to 1915, as well as typescripts of articles by Adams. These typescripts include "Our English Parent Towns," "How New England Towns Were Named," a lengthy typescript containing information on many British towns, shires, and counties, arranged geographically. The scrapbook contains newspaper articles, evidently collected by a clipping service, outlining the literary career of Oscar Fay Adams.
Does not want her "Reminiscenses" republished as they are precursors to a major work soon to be published.
Handwritten letter dated 29 October 1907 and addressed to "Mr. Clement." The item was written in Boston, Massachusetts. Adams writes that he will be sending Clement a book of verse.
