Percepción Docente De La Calidad Del Servicio Educativo Universitario (Perceptions of Teacher About the Quality of Educational Service).
This research paper intends to analyze the key dimensions more related to the perception among professors about the success in university educational service. From the thorough examination of the different parts of the study and empirical collected information, some relevant conclusions were obtained that contribute to complement the design and implementation of improvement lines in the current quality strategies in the college educational level, in particular from the perspective of the college faculty. We adjust previous information such as the adaptation of servqual and servqualing scales made previously on students. Multivariable statistical analysis was used (multiple regression and factorial reduction) complemented with validity and reliability tests on SPSS software. One of the most important contributions from this research was to explore in the professors a quantitative instrument in order to support institutional strategic planning and continuous improvement of educational service.
Percepción de la Calidad Del Servicio Educativo Universitario
El proposito de esta investigacion es analizar la relacion entre enfoques epistemologicos en forma transparadigmatica en el estudio de las dimensiones la percepcion de alumnos y profesores de la calidad del servicio educativo en la Universidad. Del estudio de las perspectivas cuantitativas y cualitativas (Interaccionismo simbolico, etnometodologia y fenomenologia de Schutz) se abordan las diferentes dimensiones de la calidad del servicio, de la evidencia empirica obtenida se complementen los instrumentos cuantitativo servqual y derivados de pregunta abierta utilizados en grupos focales y entrevistas a profundidad, se llegan a la obtencion conclusiones relevantes que contribuyan a disenar e implementar lineas de mejora en las actuales estrategias de calidad en el nivel de educacion universitaria. Una de las aportaciones mas importantes de esta investigacion es la complementacion del enfoque cuantitativo con los metodos y tecnicas cualitativas en el conocimiento integral de la de la percepcion de la calidad del servicio educativo universitario con la finalidad pragmatica de apoyar a la planeacion estrategica institucional y la mejora continua del servicio educativo."

El Seminario de Pintura Mural Prehispanica adscrito al Instituto de Investigaciones Esteticas de la UNAM, ha terminado sus trabajos en torno a Bonampak, uno de los sitios mesoamericanos mas ricos en pintura mural y tesoro artistico ampliamente valorado a nivel mundial.
