"This areawide housing opportunity plan is a strategy for a program of implementation activities developed by the Area Planning Board and the participating jurisdictions in the plan. It specifically addresses needs and goals for assisted housing within Palm Beach County. The emphasis of the plan is on increasing housing opportunities for lower income, minority, elderly, handicapped and single parent households within the county.
