Aksi Nyata Pendidikan Guru Penggerak
Pendidikan Guru Penggerak adalah program pendidikan kepemimpinan bagi guru untuk menjadi pemimpin pembelajaran. Program ini meliputi pelatihan daring, lokakarya, konferensi, dan pendampingan bagi calon guru penggerak. Selama program, guru tetap menjalankan tugas mengajarnya sebagai guru. Pendidikan calon guru penggerak meliputi lokakarya, pemberian materi secara daring, serta diskusi daring. Dalam lokakarya guru diminta untuk menyampaikan harapan, kendala, serta solusi yang nantinya guru hadapi ketika pelaksanaan kegiatan calon guru penggerak. Pemberian materi daring yang dilanjutkan dengan diskusi semakin membuka pengetahuan tentang pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara (KHD). Dengan diskusi itu pula, akan terjadi kegiatan saling melengkapi pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Buku ini berisi tentang kegiatan-kegiatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada saat dan pasca kegiatan guru penggerak.
Ilokusi Tuturan Guru dalam Interaksi Pembelajaran di SMA
Dalam interaksi kelas, guru selalu menggunakan bahasa untuk memperlancar proses interaksi. Guru sebagai orang yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses belajar-mengajar selalu menggunakan tuturan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan ide kepada siswa. Penggunaan bahasa oleh guru sebagai media penyampaian ide kepada siswa tidak selalu setia pada satu ragam tertentu dalam berkomunikasi. Pada kegiatan ini akan tampak ilokusi tuturan guru. Tuturan tersebut mempunyai maksud supaya siswa melakukan tindakan sesuai dengan keinginan guru. Tuturan ilokusi mempunyai maksud untuk menyuruh siswa, menjelaskan, menegur, dan sebagainya. Akibat dari tuturan guru, siswa akan mengikuti apa yang diinginkan oleh guru. Buku ini berisi jenis, tujuan, implikatur, dan fungsi ilokusi tuturan guru dalam interaksi pembelajaran di SMA. Jenis ilokusi tuturan guru yang terdapat dalam interaksi pembelajaran di SMA yaitu tuturan tidak langsung.

Advanced Machining Processes
Advanced machining processes has significant contributions to the manufacturing industries, especially since many new invented materials have advanced properties, which are difficult to machine using conventional machining processes. Therefore, advanced machining processes take a lead in dealing with these types of material. This book focuses on electrical machining and electrical dressing processes. Chapter 1 explains the electrochemical machining (ECM), includes process parameters that involved in the ECM processes. Chapter 2 deals with another advanced machining process, i.e. electro-discharge machining (EDM). Several process parameters that contribute to the EDM processes are also discussed. Electrical dressing is described in Chapter 3 as a special application of ECM and EDM. Finally, other types of non-conventional machining are explained in Chapter 4.
