Almost Submerged in Someone is a romantic love story of Roshen Samuel and Jessie Joseph. Their relationship is quiet a sort of coincidence, where Roshen's fascination to Jessie, gradually turns to real inseparable love. Prewi P. Wilson had depicted a fiction, which tells about love, trust and hope. Roshen is a casual guy who never been serious about anything, especially about "time". He had a past life with Manju; now his ex-girlfriend, when he was in the High school. Though they broke up months before they finish their high school, Roshen again have to mess up with Manju. At the same time, he has to deal a crucial problem with Jessie, as she would be leaving to America with her father, any time. Though Jessie wanted to be with Roshen, whom she loves the most in her life, faith makes them apart. She always wants to remain in India where there are many beautiful nostalgic memory of her mother who is no more in this world. Could Roshen be able to settle everything in his life? If Roshen take Manju again into his life, then what will happen to Jessie or will he never leaves a girlfriend like Jessie for taking Manju, whom Roshen once broke up with.
