The book, as is seen from the title, is about the unearthly world, the beyond. The author tries to convince the reader of the fact that the beyond, the world of spirits, exists and one can talk to those whose souls are in heaven after death. We, real people with physical and physiological qualities, are the only bearers of the unreal, future virtual world. Probably, the knowledge of the fact that we will be there one day drives us to attempt to find the evidence of the existence of the unreal world. I think that there are people who have happened somehow to have contact with those who are in heaven. They are called channellers-that is, they write down or draw some pictures on paper dictated ...
The book, Loud Thoughts on Religion, has a small prehistory. In 2003 there was held a session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Vienna, Austria. On the agenda of the session there was an issue of the study of religion at school and rise in the level of tolerance among followers of the world religions Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The author of the book made a speech and criticized the system of the study of religion existed in the West then: on a free day representatives of religion attend schools, select a group of religion representatives and teach basics of religion to children in different audiences. This method, indeed, lays the foundation of non-tolerance at ...
The issue is very important from many viewpoints: we distinguish three components of the inter-human dialogue, starting with the lesser, but very important one - a dialogue of religion, then the successful result of the process is followed by the dialogue of cultures and in a more global scale, of civilizations. The approach is new and interesting from the viewpoint of division of spheres of influence and scope of the three components of world nations' life. The book is meant for experts and the general public.
In the last century we would often say and still say nowadays that the romanticism once dominated in mind gave way to the realism and pragmatism of postindustrial society. The author of the book The Child of Romanticism does not agree with the opinion. As the top of the romanticism he considers something that, for objective reasons, cannot be replaced by anything else. In the author’s view, this is the romanticism of the body and soul that has a divine beginning as far back as the mother’s belly. All the chapters of the book are directly related to the human’s inner world, the synchronism of its elements with the processes taking place beyond our perception.
The book is a collection of artistic stories and topical political articles and tracts. The author tries to demonstrate versatility of life in a special unity of man and nature. Here are reflected the authors views on intimacy of the bee and the wild flower, on pernicious influence of regional, local wars, as well as reflections about bright ideas of democracy, freedom, and human rights, dimming and paling against the background of ambitious politicians activities. We hope the authors viewpoints will be interesting to a wide circle of readers too.
The concept of soft computing is still in its initial stages of crystallization. Presently available books on soft computing are merely collections of chapters or articles about different aspects of the field. This book is the first to provide a systematic account of the major concepts and methodologies of soft computing, presenting a unified framework that makes the subject more accessible to students and practitioners. Particularly worthy of note is the inclusion of a wealth of information about neuro-fuzzy, neuro-genetic, fuzzy-genetic and neuro-fuzzy-genetic systems, with many illuminating applications and examples.
The book is dedicated to very urgent and important issue of today—relationship of power, society, and religion. Following his five-year work experience as chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the Work with Religious Associations, the author tries to argue the view that these three vital components of public life not only interact, but they are also interdependent and intercorporated. The author thinks that their deep-laid relations represent logical bases in maintenance of the balance of power in society as whole.

In the book, the author presents his views against global changes in different spheres of society, concretizing their real influence upon politics and philosophy. In his opinion, there are no enough serious political and philosophic explanations of the developments and prognoses for the nearest future. The humanitarian component of science is far behind the rates of the rapidly changing world for different reasons, including objective ones. Maybe this is the reason why there is not a, more or less, acceptable methodology of the political and philosophic analysis. Works dedicated to human mental changes are absent as well. Taking into consideration all this, the authors personal feelings, estimations, and prognoses are the main criterion of his approach to the problems he has touched upon.
The book brings forward the author’s personal attitudes to the analysis of the present difficult political, economic, and financial situation in the EU member states. It reveals the author’s prognoses of the necessity of system reforms, avoiding useless attempts to reanimate the obsolete political and financial structure of capitalism. In the author’s opinion, for objective reasons, modern capitalism is not able to solve problems of preservation of life-supporting financial institutions the European states and the West are facing today. The author thinks that Europe has to go over to a postcapitalistic way of development. This is the call of the times, the demand of the historical mome...
