In Unchanging Witness, Donald Fortson and Rollin Grams articulate the consistent orthodox view on homosexuality by presenting primary sources throughout Christian history and by interpreting the biblical texts in their cultural contexts. The first part of the book examines church history from the patristic period to the present day, and the second part engages biblical texts in light of Ancient Near Eastern, Jewish, Greek, and Roman primary sources. Throughout, the authors survey the conflicting and changing arguments of revisionist readings and contend that, in light of the overwhelming evidence of the relevant texts, the real issue is not one of interpretation but of biblical authority and Christian orthodoxy.

Summary of Contractor Results in Support of the Refractory Metals Sheet Rolling Program
This report summarizes the achievements on fourteen programs that were conducted in support of the Metals Sheet Rolling Program. These included programs for developing practices to produce large sheets from two grades of unalloyed tungsten (via powder metallurgy and arc melting, respectively), as well as for the Mo-0.5Ti, Mo-0.5Ti-0.1Zr-0.03C (TZM), Cb-10W-1Zr-0.1C (D-43), Cb-10W-2.5Zr (Cb-752), and Ta-30Cb-7.5V alloys. In addition, pilot sheet-rolling programs were also carried out for the Cb-27Ta-10W-1Zr (FS-85), Cb-5Mo-5V-1Zr (B-66), Ta-7W-3Re (GE-473), and Ta-9.6W-2.4Hf-0.01C (T-222) compositions.
Mission and Moral Reflection in Paul

Department of Defense Refractory Metals Sheet Rolling Program
This report is the third of a series which will periodically summarize the status of the various contracts involved in the Department of Defense Refractory Metals Sheet Rolling Program. Under this program, selected candidate materials are being carried through one or more of the following consecutive phases: Phase I, development of a sheet-production practice; Phase II, establishment of minimum design data; and Phase III, evaluation of sheetfabrication characteristics. To the present time, 13 contracts have been funded or planned in support of the Phase I, II, and III activities. This report summarizes the status of each of these individual contracts as of November 1, 1964. The first section describes the overall program of the Department of Defense Refractory Metals Sheet Rolling Program. Following, in the order of their discussions, are sections dealing with fabricable molybdenum alloys, unalloyed tungsten, columbium alloys, and tantalum alloys. (Author).
