“Marriages are made in heaven” is a well-known adage. The protagonists – Anjali (a beautiful Brahmin girl) and Chetan (a sensible tribal boy) – were destined to tie the knot, in spite of inherent hurdles. This fiction is based on their unspoken love. Intense love for each other was ignited through an episode of novel-exchange between Anjali and Chetan. Both were shy and therefore never expressively communicated their love.
