CRACKED PORCELAIN

The original idea of writing cracked porcelain was to bring to you a message that life is not all about happiness, sometimes we have to experience sad moments. Cracked porcelain is about abuse and finding your own way of coping with the aftermath of such a vile act. It is also about finding your own comfort zone and living happily in a place that you feel safe in. It is about being comfortable with your own sexuality and gender many lives have been destroyed through someone else's ignorance. I aim to shock in some ways by being blunt and forth right in my writing I do not apologise for this as it is my way of getting my point of view across. May I suggest that if you have been abused in any way, that you seek help there are many people like Ruth who are willing to help you. Don't fight things on your own no one is an island and many people have been in situations like Pamela or Ruth.

Cracked Porcelain Too

Cracked porcelain continues with this sequel about 'Ruth's story' Following the death of Pamela, Ruth continues her life. She is tormented by her past and needs to resolve many issues before she can finally move on and live a normal life. But Ruth is soon moved out of her comfort zone when issues from the past return to haunt her life. Her psychopathic ex boyfriend Malcolm died after falling from Pamela's apartment balcony and his brother Frank threatens to avenge his death. Ruth also becomes involved in the gay pride International parades and is a voice for the freedom of all oppressed people in society. This causes a problem within the religious aspect of the community who verbally attack anyone who they feel oppose the bible and its teachings. But Ruth never stands alone somewhere in the shadows a friend fights for her; Pamela is around if not in body then in spirit. This story highlights subjects from the first book and brings the memories flooding back with as many twists and turns along the way.

ULTIMATE PURPOSE This book is a collection of stories, which are fictitious, however like stories Beyond Belief book one, some of the characters are real and some situations can be believable. The idea of Blood Trail is to follow the life of a vampire who desires to be human again, after years of taking blood to survive she asks God to help her become a human and live a normal life once more. To achieve this she has to accomplish tasks and defeat the vampire that made her a vampire. The next story...

Lewisville

In 1859, Lewis Case Laugenour invested his wealth, which he acquired during the California Gold Rush, into establishing a town called Lewisville in Forsyth County. In the late 1700s, the surrounding area was visited by frontiersmen, Colonial soldiers, and pioneers journeying down the Great Philadelphia Wagon Road. Travelers often stopped at Shallow Ford on the Yadkin River to camp until the river was safe to cross with wagons, horses, and livestock on their way to a new home, to war, or to trade in nearby Moravian settlements. Over time, this area of rolling hills, rich bottomland, streams, and abundant wildlife was settled. By the late 1800s, Lewisville became a bustling stopover for travelers who utilized campgrounds, the tavern, and the trading post to rest for the journey on to Winston and Salem. Today, in the emerging Yadkin Valley wine region, Lewisville is a community-oriented village surrounding a town square with plentiful sidewalks, parks, churches, small businesses, schools, and a public library.
