Als Reaktion wurde bereits im Jahr 2009 ein Gesetzesentwurf erarbeitet, der die Zulassung der englischen Sprache vor sogenannten Kammern fur internationale Handelssachen ermoglichen sollte. Nicole Grohmann beschaftigt sich mit der Frage, ob der Gesetzesentwurf im Jahr 2021 noch zeitgemass ist, um auf den Wettbewerb der Justizstandorte zu reagieren. The National Assembly and the Welsh Government have power to create laws specifically for Wales. In parallel, the judicial system in Wales is acquiring greater autonomy in its ability to hold the Welsh public bodies to account.
