Catálogo del fondo histórico vasco
La Biblioteca Universitaria de Deusto ha elaborado este «Catálogo del Fondo Histórico Vasco 1831-1939» (F.H.V.) a partir de una selección de los registros bibliográficos de su Catálogo General informatizado, pertenecientes a dicha sección. El objetivo de esta edición impresa es difundir el conocimiento de esta colección entre investigadores y estudiosos de la cultura vasca escrita y publicada entre 1831 y 1939. El periodo 1831-1939 se ha delimitado, considerando 1831 el inicio de la imprenta mecánica y 1939, final de la Guerra Civil Española, acontecimiento que produjo enormes pérdidas en bibliotecas y colecciones particulares, por lo que merece su protección en la sección de reserva.
Nacionalismo y II República en el País Vasco
Este libro es la obra más amplia y completa que existe sobre la historia política del País Vasco en la II República, porque abarca tres temas claves. En primer lugar, estudia la importante evolución del nacionalismo vasco desde la caída de la Dictadura de Primo de Rivera, en 1930, hasta el estallido de la Guerra Civil en 1936, tanto el potente PNV en la derecha como la débil Acción Nacionalista Vasca en la izquierda.
