Many changes have been made, but many more still need to come in order to make this industry as safe as it should be. We now see the airline industry starting to stabilize, but at what cost? Intercultural Management

Any company operating across culturally different contexts has a need for intercultural management, whether the cultural differences are ""external"" (e.g. different regional cultures) or ""internal"" (e.g. differences in company culture).
