Este libro pretende ser, como su nombre lo indica, un insumo para orientar los procesos de observación sobre el desarrollo infantil que necesitan adelantar en el aula los educadores en proceso de formación, con el fin de mejorar sus prácticas educativas. Los dos conceptos centrales de este proceso son, en primer término, la observación, y, posteriormente, el desarrollo infantil.
