Meals for Work
Meals for Work was inspired during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. I went from living homeless in the streets; to moving into a rooming house. I didn't have a kitchen to work with, and money was tight to eat out all the time. I had to find a way to save money, and eat a balanced meal every day. I was given a hot plate from a lady I worked with, and my imaginations ran wild. My inspiration was drown from all the years I worked in kitchens back home in Florida. I didn’t have much to work with, but I knew I could make it happen. I was always inspired by east, and West Indies plating style eating with pita bread, and by hands along with Mexican style burritos, and taco's.
