With Honor in Hand is the tale of two friends battling with a serious moral dilemma- a fight between the code of their profession vs. their code of honor. Breaking with protocol and violating direct orders from their superiors, Major and Ben risk their lives for that of their friend, understanding that true friendship supersedes rules and regulations. During their mission, they realize their actions are tangled in a dangerous web with ancient ties. They discover the incident surrounding their actions is but one part of a grander plan-the outcome over which they have no control.

Leader Development in Army Units
"Developing leaders is critical for the Army; given the amount of time officers spend in units, that experience should be important to their development. Yet few studies indicate whether Army units even have leader development programs, and, if they do, what the programs consist of and how well they are executed.
