"This chapter contains 12 Constructed Response Question (CRQ) for the Final FRCA. This exam paper is commonly used to measure knowledge and application-level cognitive skills. The questions are marked out of 20 and candidates have 15 minutes per question. The content is the result of a mixture of compiled clinical experience, author opinion, allied expert opinion, best practice guidance and up to date evidence base as practiced in the UK per date of publication. The topics considered in the exam questions were intentionally chosen to represent the full spectrum of the Final FRCA curriculum. The exam candidate must make a judgment in providing a correct answer. Clearly there will be instances of differing opinion given the often encountered clinical contention. We, the authors, are fully accepting of this fact hence we have provided a "suggested answer" given the clinical information described. Most answers contain intentional redundancy, providing some leeway for the candidate i.e. there are frequent instances of supernumerary answers provided than are required for full marks. Answers are accompanied by links to further reading"--
