China’s national carbon market, the world’s largest emissions trading scheme (ETS), kicked off its first online trade recently. This can be called a milestone for the country towards the nation’s goals of having CO2 emissions peak before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060. China’s national ETS initially covers the power sector, before being expanded to a much broader set of energy-intensive industries. On one hand, the electricity sector, the largest carbon-emitting industry, is responsible for about 40% of China’s emissions, and it has great significance to response to global climate change. On the other hand, the effectiveness of China’s ETS will rest on how well it i...

This Part of GB/T 31037 specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and technical documentation of the fuel cell power system used for industrial lift truck applications.
This Standard specifies the test methods for starting characteristics, steady-state characteristics, dynamic response characteristics, air tightness, and insulation resistance etc. of the fuel cell engine. This Standard is applicable to the vehicles with proton exchange membrane fuel cell engines.
This standard specifies terms and definitions for test, precision requirements for test instruments, pre-test preparation, test conditions and performance test methods of fuel cell power system for passenger cars. Test contents specified in this standard include: routine performance test, starting characteristic test, steady-state characteristic test, rated power characteristic test, peak power characteristic test and dynamic response characteristic test. This standard is applicable to proton exchange membrane fuel cell power system for passenger cars.
This Part of GB/T 31037 specifies the safety requirements and safety precautions involved in the construction, identification and performance tests of the fuel cell power system used for industrial lift truck applications. Fuel cell power systems that power electric industrial lift trucks for indoor or outdoor use include fuel cell power systems (referred to as power systems) and energy storage modules. An energy storage module refers to an electrical energy storage device that is used to start a power system, or to help or supplement a fuel cell power system to power internal or external loads. It consists of a lead-acid battery, a nickel-metal hydride battery, a lithium-ion battery, a super capacitor, or other energy storage modules with corresponding functions. This Part covers only the safety requirements of the fuel cell power system and does not include energy storage modules.
The proceedings set LNCS 12891, LNCS 12892, LNCS 12893, LNCS 12894 and LNCS 12895 constitute the proceedings of the 30th International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks, ICANN 2021, held in Bratislava, Slovakia, in September 2021.* The total of 265 full papers presented in these proceedings was carefully reviewed and selected from 496 submissions, and organized in 5 volumes. In this volume, the papers focus on topics such as model compression, multi-task and multi-label learning, neural network theory, normalization and regularization methods, person re-identification, recurrent neural networks, and reinforcement learning. *The conference was held online 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
