The book provides comprehensive compilation on Islamic legal documents related to Islamic financial system consists of legal statutes, frameworks, guidelines, circulars and internal compliant manual covering Islamic banking, takaful and Islamic capital markets. Di Malaysia, industri PKS menghadapi banyak cabaran dan halangan untuk terus bergerak ke hadapan. Walaupun pelbagai bentuk pinjaman dan bantuan telah diberikan oleh pihak kerajaan dan institusi kewangan, namun begitu faktor kewangan atau kesukaran mendapatkan pembiayaan masih merupakan masalah utama yang kerap kali dihadapi oleh PKS. Kesukaran PKS untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan adalah kerana mereka tidak mempunyai maklumat yang lengkap dan terperinci tentang program pembangunan PKS yang disediakan oleh agensi kerajaan atau institusi kewangan. Di samping itu, wujud kekeliruan di kalangan usahawan PKS dalam pemilihan bentuk program bantuan yang diperlukan. Ini adalah ekoran daripada wujudnya pertindihan program bantuan yang disediakan oleh agensi-agensi berkaitan kepada PKS. Justeru, PKS lebih gemar mendapatkan pinjaman daripada pihak yang tidak berlesen seperti ‘Ah Long’ di mana urusan mendapatkan pinjaman adalah lebih mudah dan cepat. Banyak usaha yang telah dibuat oleh pihak kerajaan dalam penyediaan sumber pinjaman bagi membangunkan industri PKS.
