This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Social Sciences, ICONESS 2023, held in Purwokerto, Indonesia, in 22-23 July 2023. The 88 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 198 submissions. Pendekatan humanistik dalam mengaktualisasikan diri sebagai motivasi diri dan mengoptimalkan potensinya. Manusia cenderung emosional yang sehat, fokus potensi individu dan membuat keputusan tentang hal-hal berkaitan dengan dirinya sendiri dan lingkungannya. Melihat manusia sebagai seseorang yang berusaha mengaktualisasikan dirinya dan memiliki kecenderungan untuk mencapai arah perkembangan emosi yang sehat. Jika mahasiswa mampu mengaktualisasikan diri dalam belajar maka mahasiswa memecahkan masalah dalam belajar mata kuliah statistik. Kecemasan belajar hadir dikarenakan adanya tekanan dan ketidakmampuan menghadapi masalah. Muncullah rasa gelisah, khawatir dan ketakutan. Maka dibutuhkan konsep belajar mahasiswa mata kuliah statistik dengan mengurangi rasa cemasnya serta dosen mampu menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan.
