All three were written before her marriage to Vincenzo Botta; letters from Sherwood and Sedgwick are addressed to "Miss Lynch," and the letter to Anna Platt is signed A.C.L. In the 1855 letter Sherwood sends her congratulations to both Anne and "Professor Botta" on their marriage.
