John Gustav Jorgensen (1837-1901) and his wife Serina Knudsen Staalesen (1830-1914) immigrated from Norway to San Pete County, Utah. One descendant, Anne Molyneaux Howard (1899-1968) married, first Leland Measer Jorgensen and had one son; secondly, Arthur Fletcher Gebhardt and had four children. They remained in the West.
