Les spectaculaires prennent l'eau
Paris, janvier 1910, la Seine connaît une crue exceptionnelle plongeant tous les quartiers sous plusieurs mètres d’eau et désorganisant totalement les services publics. Les boutiques sont saccagées et dans les rues qui ne sont plus éclairées, faute de gaz et d’électricité, les habitants sont agressés. Cambrioleur de haut vol, il pille les Musées, libère des prisonniers... en signant ses délits d’un M, soldant chacune de ses actions par une lettre adressée à la presse soulignant l’incapacité de Louis Lépine, Préfet de police et créateur du concours du même nom. C’en est trop, Pipolet est convoqué au Ministère de l’Intérieur, les Spectaculaires sont sollicités pour arrêter le Marsoin. Quelles nouvelles inventions aquatiques, Pipolet a-t-il prévu pour la fine équipe ? Se sortiront- ils de cette mission en eaux troubles ?
