Every act of ours is the result of our thought process. The process of human evolution is the result of the generation of thoughts, stimulated by the given objects. Our five senses receive the stimulation from our surroundings and responds in form of thoughts expressed verbally and non-verbally. Therefore we can say that a balanced and appropriate thought process is essential for the normal behavior of a human being.
