Thomas Edwards of Beverley
Thomas Edwards (1833-1907) was born at Welshpool in Wales the son of John and Mary Edwards. He married (1) Ann Maria Griffiths (1830- 1890) 1854 in Tipton. Thomas, Ann Maria and their one year old son John sailed from Southampton on May 5, 1857 for Western Australia. Five more children were born to them in Australia. Ann Maria died in Beverley. He married (2) Elizabeth Bartram (1855-1932) 1892 in York, W. A. They had six children together.
