The Loneliness Paradox started as a dialog. We explored and addressed what we perceive to be an epidemic in our community - prevailing loneliness among older Jewish retirees. Our dialogue soon became partly an advice column, partly a drawing together of Jewish views on aging and community, and partly a set guidelines for cathartic therapy - all of which being channeled through spirituality.
