This volume contains the scientific papers presented at the Sixth International Conference „Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium” that was held on 25-26 November 2016 at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. The European Administrative Space can be understood broadly as a space of European public administration and may be the subject of administrative science, a multidisciplinary science, in its concerns entered the classical concept of Staatswissenschaften elements: public law, political science and public economies. Current Issues in Administrative Law
This volume brings together papers presented at the Ninth International Conference “Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium”, held at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, on 8th November 2019. This book aims to provide an overview of the administrative law in Romania, emphasizing its particularities in comparative law and the changes that have occurred, as a result of integration into the European Union. Administrative law is the branch of law that includes the legal norms that regulate the social relations regarding the organization, activity, control and responsibility of the public administration, based on and in the application of the law. The book analyzes the organization and functioning of the institutions that make up the public administration in Romania, the means of action (the administrative act, the administrative contract, the administrative operations), the material means (the goods in the public domain) and the personnel (public function) at its disposal. Organization and duties of the European Union institutions
The European Union has a unique institutional framework aimed at promoting its values, pursuing its objectives and supporting its interests, its citizens and Member States, as well as ensuring the coherence, effectiveness and continuity of its policies and actions.
