Current Issues in Administrative Law
This volume brings together papers presented at the Ninth International Conference “Perspectives of Business Law in the Third Millennium”, held at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, on 8th November 2019. It is divided into three sections: “Reconfiguration of administrative law from the perspective of redefining social action and public interest in the state of law”; “Administrative codification in comparative law”; and “Contemporary challenges in European and comparative administrative law”. The book will appeal to practitioners, researchers, students and PhD candidates in juridical sciences interested in recent developments in the field of administrative law at both the international and national levels.
European Administrative Space - recent challenges and evolution prospects
The European Administrative Space can be understood broadly as a space of European public administration and may be the subject of administrative science, a multidisciplinary science, in its concerns entered the classical concept of Staatswissenschaften elements: public law, political science and public economies. European structure can be analyzed from the perspective of these areas that are studied in different proportions also in the national university curricula. Administrative law in Romania
This book aims to provide an overview of the administrative law in Romania, emphasizing its particularities in comparative law and the changes that have occurred, as a result of integration into the European Union. Administrative law is the branch of law that includes the legal norms that regulate the social relations regarding the organization, activity, control and responsibility of the public administration, based on and in the application of the law. The book analyzes the organization and functioning of the institutions that make up the public administration in Romania, the means of action (the administrative act, the administrative contract, the administrative operations), the material means (the goods in the public domain) and the personnel (public function) at its disposal.
