Nixon, authorizing Mould to act as associate director of Action, a federal agency made up of various domestic volunteer programs. Also includes family photographs and a photograph of Mould with Pres. and Mrs. Nixon. Obituaries of Mould and his wife, Martha Bush Mould, are also included.
