O objetivo desta dissertação é relacionar os fatores listados na literatura com a percepção dos docentes inseridos na pós-graduação com nota 6 e 7 da Capes, da área de engenharias III no Brasil. A metodologia é dividida em duas partes, sendo que uma trata do método para a construção da revisão de literatura e a outra apresenta o método para aplicação da pesquisa e análise dos dados.
