Lazenby referred to January as one Of the warmest for years. It has been characterized by high tempera ture and cloudy weather. Communications were read from Professors Devol and Alwood and from Wm. C. Werner. The Presidents address was a very pleasant production. Professor Lazenby gave a short historical sketch Of the Society and made many suggestions that we are eager to real ize in the near future.
