This circular includes the statement by the Standing Medical Advisory Committee on the relationship between doctors and remedial (physiotherapists, occupational therapists and remedial gymnasts) professions. Both statements regard responsibilities of doctors when they refer a patient and the responsibility of the remedial professions.
