This study report for the Church Street Local Historic District is submitted to the Concord Planning Board in accordance with the Town of Concord Historic Districts Zones Bylaw, (MGL Chapter 345) by the Our Lady Help of Christians Grass Roots Group and Historic Concord, Inc. The new district will be Concord's sixth local historic district, and the first in West Concord.
