With these changes the traditional internally enacted academic quality-keeping has been given an important external dimension – quality assurance, which requires higher education institutions to continuously demonstrate and improve performance, and...

Echoes of Life: A Collection of Poems

As we go through life, we often fail to listen, Not only to others, but to the world around us. More often than not, we fail to learn from the past. This is a collection of poems that hopefully will cause you to think, laugh, and maybe shed a tear. They are my thoughts on what I have observed as I listen to the echoes of life. Grab a copy and hear what this poet has to share.

Realities of Life

This collection is an attempt to write in the various forms of poetry. From the ballad to blues, sonnet to villanelle, renku to ghazal, and even a bit of haiku. There is even a nod to the paranelle invented by Billy Collins. As with all of my poetry, my hope is to make the reader laugh, think, and sometimes cry. Written from my own observations, these poems touch on the realities of life.

Trials of Life: A Collection of Poems

Life always has a series of ups and downs, sometimes the downs seem to outweigh the ups. As a poet when I am faced with the downs, I release their energy by putting pen to paper. My hope in this collection is that you will realize we all share many of the same frustrations and that you are not alone in your feelings. Above all I hope you find the same release in reading this collection as I did in writing it.
