Nesse sentido, esta coletânea de textos constitui-se uma obra destinada a demonstrar a relevância teórico-analítica do pensamento pós-estruturalista de Laclau. Aqui são apresentadas várias possibilidades de abordagem que o pensamento desse autor permite para a análise do social.
