Excerpt from Daughters of the American Revolution: Organized at Washington, D. C., October 11, 1890; Cincinnati Chapter; Organized April 27th, 1893; Chartered October 21st, 1893 Sec. III. - The fees Shall be those prescribed by the National Society. Sec. IV. - The sum of covering the initiation fee and annual dues to the National Society for the current year, must accompany each application presented to this Chapter, but the payment of at one time shall constitute a life member ship, and exempt the member from further payment of dues, either to the National Society or to this Chapter.
