It’s time for little Limau Harimau to go to bed, but when he goes to say goodnight his father discovers his son has been crying. Limau explains that he is sad because his friends have been making fun of him because he’s not very quick. Taking him in his arms, his father tells him a wonderful story of a turtle who, although he wasn’t a fast runner, decided to enter a race. Although the turtle came last, all those watching realized that he had done his best and shown great bravery and determination to finish. It was these qualities that made him special. Thanks to his father’s story, Limau is able to fall asleep.
