Nina Kluckow geht der Frage nach, inwieweit die Dimensionen distributive, prozedurale und interaktionale Gerechtigkeit bedeutsam für die Fairnesswahrnehmung von Managerentlohnungen sind. Es werden theorie- sowie praxisorientierte Beiträge zum Verständnis des komplexen Gerechtigkeitskonstrukts in Bezug auf die Entlohnung von Führungskräften geliefert. Die empirische Auswertung der gewonnenen 4.780 Urteile von 542 Personen belegt, dass die Beurteilung der (Un-)Gerechtigkeit der Managerentlohnung von den Probanden auf Basis der drei Fairnessdimensionen vorgenommen wird. Die empirischen Ergebnisse stellen die Basis für Handlungsempfehlungen zur Gestaltung von Managerentlohnungssystemen dar.
