This Book embodies the expectations and aspirations of Kingdom people as expounded in a series of 10 sermons, through which the inspiration of the Holy Spirit conveyed unto me to share with you. The topics are: Kingdom Commitment, Kingdom Greatness, Kingdom Priorities, Kingdom Investments, Kingdom Focus, Kingdom Economics, Kingdom Purpose, Kingdom Attitudes, Kingdom Characteristics and Kingdom Privilege. Throughout the teachings of New Testament Scripture the theme of the Kingdom is central. John the Baptist preached the Kingdom and Jesus Himself commenced His earthly ministry on the same topic: Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand (Matt 4:17). At a matter of fact, at the heart of Jesus' commandments for His followers is the decree of Matthew 6:33, "But seek ye first the Kingdom of God." As disciples of Christ, we are encouraged to walk in the footstepsof Jesus (1 Peter 2:2 & 1 John 2:6) and to take on the very mindset of Christ (Philippians 2:5). In this we are called "Christians," and in this, we showcase to the world from generation to generation that "It's all about the Kingdom!"

Inside the pages of this book, Rev. Dr. Larry A. Brookins examines three significant contexts from the Bible that bring to the forefront how God views sin and disobedience, whether outside the church among the peoples of the world, or within the church among the congregations of the saints. It also highlights the heart of the God of both Old and New Testaments, as it relates to the life that is lived in submission and conformity to the Will of God. In Seven Things that God Hates, Seven Letters to Seven Churches and Let Go of Your Neighbor's Throat no camouflage is presented. Jesus said: "ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32). The God, Who is Love, has word...

My First Church

Serving the local church as senior pastor is not a small undertaking. Regardless of your education or the years of experience you may have, the job is still tough to manage. The senior pastor of the local church is one person, no matter how large the staff he or she may supervise. Rarely is there a person that can walk into their first-time pastoral experience and hit a home run at first bat. Often the opposite is true. First time pastor’s make plenty of their own mistakes. Often, they haven’t learned how to handle some of the emotional baggage that comes along with their newly assumed pastoral role. Pastor Randle examines his own pastoral experience at his first church to demonstrate how a minister can learn from the principles presented in this book, potentially avoiding the bumps and bruises of ministry. Read this book whether you are serving as a pastor for the first time or not. Your ministry will be blessed.

New Vistas in Agroforestry

It was in late 2002 that the idea of preparing a collection of multi-authored chapters on different aspects of ag- st forestry as a compendium for the 1 World Congress of Agroforestry, June 2004, was tossed around. With the approval of the idea by the Congress Organizing Committee, serious efforts to make it a reality got under way in early 2003. The rigorously peer-reviewed and edited manuscripts were submitted to the publisher in December 2003. Considering the many differentindividualsinvolved in the task as authors and manuscriptreviewers, we feel quite pleased that the task could be accomplished within this timeframe. We are pleased also about the contents on several counts. First of all...
