Föreningen för folkbildningsforskning
Folkbildning & Forskning, Årsbok 2021 från Föreningen för folkbildningsforskning består av ett fyrtiotal bidrag om bokcirklar, om praktiknära forskning och forskande folkbildare, om Gösta Vestlund samt om den gränslösa folkbildningen. Föreningen för folkbildningsforskning är en mötesplats för forskare och folkbildare, för folkhögskolor och studieförbund samt för folkbibliotek och andra organisationer i det civila samhället.
Folkbildning & Forskning 2020
I årsboken för 2020 läggs stor tonvikt vid folkbildning i Norden genom texter om aftonskolor och folkhögskolor i Danmark, medborgarinstitut i Finland och studieförbunden i Norge. Exempel på nordisk folkbildningsforskning från Finland och en översikt över forskning om nordiska folkhögskolor ingår. En tillbakablick ges på Nordens folkhögskola Biskop Arnö och författarmöten och skrivarkurser på temat "eftertankens följetong" i en nordisk kulturell gemenskap. Folkhögskolans globala profil och utmaningar tas upp med exempel från Östafrika och ett bidrag handlar om Erica Simons omfattande studie av den nordiska folkhögskoletraditionen. Vidare ingår en essä om hur nordisk folkbildning uppfattas med japanska ögon. Det glokala perspektivet lyfts fram i texter om klimatkrisen, migration och värderingsskillnader mellan länder samt tjejers inflytande och rum i multietniska förorter. Årsboken avslutas med ett samtal med Gösta Vestlund, nestor inom svensk folkbildning.
