The specific charge of the Select Joint Committee on the Manner of Appointment of Presidential Electors is: to review all relevant federal and state law and the manner in which that law was applied at the state and local levels in the Presidential 2000 election. The select joint committee shall also review the responsibilities and options of the Florida Legislature with respect to final determination of the appointment of Florida's Presidential Electors.
