Arthur W. Austin to Francis P. Blair Regarding the Post Master Position in Lowell, Massachusetts, 13 February 1833
Worries that a Mr. Case who cannot be trusted and is a pawn of Nat Greene's will soon become the Post Master in Lowell, Massachusetts. Asks Blair to use any influence he has to try to instead get Mr. Weston appointed to this important position. Note on verso of address leaf saying that Weston will call on Blair soon.
