Diseases of Woody Ornamentals and Trees in Nurseries
Extension agents from around the country offer practical, informative articles addressing the diseases of crops grown in nurseries. Some introductory pieces address abiotic and biotic causes of disease and eleven general diseases such as Botrytis blight and Verticillium wilt. The diseases to which 64 shade trees, shrubs, ground covers, and subtropical ornamentals are susceptible are then discussed in detail, along with methods for the diseases' control.
