O Manual Prático de Neonatologia é uma obra idealizada pela Liga Acadêmica de Neonatologia do Hospital Maternidade Santa Brígida, de Curitiba-PR. Seu objetivo é servir como uma ferramenta de consulta rápida para estudantes sobre os principais temas do dia a dia do neonatologista. Dessa forma, são abordados desde os cuidados ao recém-nascido saudável até condições mórbidas do período neonatal. O Manual é baseado nos principais protocolos e trabalhos científicos atuais. Foi produzido por quatro organizadoras com apoio da médica neonatologista Gislayne Castro e Souza Nieto, com colaboração de 19 autores.
Manual acadêmico de neonatologia
Um Manual de fácil leitura e compreensão para todos aqueles que se interessam nas patologias pediátricas diagnosticadas no período neonatal. Divididas entre as principais especialidades, clínicas e cirúrgicas, cada tópico inicia com uma breve revisão da fisiologia, embriologia e exame físico direcionado. O objetivo deste material é proporcionar um contato inicial com a apresentação clínica, evolução e história natural, além do manejo das doenças mais prevalentes nos recém-nascidos. Todos os capítulos foram escritos por acadêmicos de medicina, sob a orientação de excelentes pediatras especialistas nas mais de 10 áreas abrangidas no presente material.
